MANTRA's Annual General Meeting

The Manitoba Tobacco Reduction Alliance held their 7th Annual General Meeting on June 10, 2009 at CancerCare Manitoba where presentations were made about MANTRA's successes and contributions to tobacco reduction activities in Manitoba.  The presentations are documented in the 2008-2009 annual general report.

Quit Happens... Ask Us
MANTRA, in partnership with Health Canada, is working with regional health authorities across Manitoba to implement the Quit Happens smoking cessation project in workplaces across the province.  This is a comprehensive and integrated approach to quitting smoking that presents employees with information about available quit resources and gives them the tools necessary to make quit happen.
